Classes teach classic Italian-American cooking with techniques and rustic approaches. Minimal equipment and easy to follow recipes that anyone, from chefs to first time in the kitchen cooks can follow.
The shop uses these same techniques to produce our small batch sauces, pastas, and spice sets. All items are made to order, ensuring quality and freshness.
